Privacy

In accordance with the National Privacy Principles, we advise that we will need to collect information about you for the purpose of providing and offering recruitment services, and that if you do not provide the information we require, our ability to provide services to you may be prejudiced.

Various laws, including the Corporations Act, Occupational Health Safety and Welfare Act 1986, Affirmative Action (equal opportunity for women) Act 1986, Equal opportunity act 1984 and the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986 require the collection of certain information, depending on what is appropriate in particular matters.

We will as far as possible maintain personal information in confidence, but it may be necessary for the information to be disclosed to other organisations in the course of us providing recruitment services, or in accordance with the function of that service. These other organisations may include other parties involved in the job vacancy process such as Government Departments, Recruitment companies, expert consultants or advisers, our auditors, external consultants and other organisations providing services to us.

If you provide personal information to us about a third party who is an individual, we ask that you inform the individual concerned that we are holding such information and of how we will use and disclose it, and of his or her rights to contact us to gain access to and correct and update it, as set out in this Privacy Statement.
